10 Things I Love

An exercise that will help us think about what we appreciate in our daily lives.  This exercise will give you an opportunity to share with others what you most love about the people and the world around you.

Time to complete: 5 minutes

Step 1: Get a pen and paper

Step 2: Write the following at the top of your piece of paper:  ‘I love…”

Step 3: Think about friends, family, activities and items that you love.

Step 4: On your piece of paper titled ‘I love…’ (from Step 2), list 10 things you love in your life.

Step 5: Take your mobile phone and use an audio recording app to record the list of 10 things you love. You may also take a photo of the list with your mobile phone and upload it below. If working in groups, you can divide into pairs to share your lists and then take turns recording. Upload the recording or written list in the box below.
